The Rooms for Rent is situated just 200m from Matala beach in a place surrounded by trees and greenery, making it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation!
The Rooms for Rent has 15 A' class rooms, all of them equipped with:

In our tavern, near the pool and surrounded by flowers, you can enjoy your breakfast or a delicious traditional Cretan lunch.
As we keep our sight into offering the highest quality possible, all meat offered in our tavern is of local Cretan production of the highest standards only!
There are two swimming pools with sweet water, one for adults and one for children, and a big terrace with sun chairs and umbrellas free of charge for our guests .
Also, we offer Internet access for reading and sending e-mails for all of you interested.
There is also the possibility to organize excursions all over the island with air-conditioned busses or even by renting a car through our rent a car service at the best prices.
Hospitality in Greek language treasures as one of the most precious values and inheritance we got from our ancient Greek roots and the Cretan culture. We mean to offer this to our guests while they stay in our Rooms for Rent.
Houstoulakis Family - Meet us!
In 1970, Houstoulakis family creates at Moires Heraklion the first veterinary surgeon Unit of Rabbits in Crete.
In 1975, the Greek Ministry of Agriculture recognizing the dynamic course of our business, rewards George Houstoulakis with the First Panhellenic Award of Quality of the Product. The same year we create at the center of town a butchery which exclusively allocates the products of veterinary surgeon unit and simultaneously are developed cooperations with Centers of Disposal of Meat of Heraklion as a result the products of meat Houstoulakis to become known in all the Prefecture Heraklion.
In 1988, we manufacture in Matala of South Crete the Rooms for Rent Unit "Dimitris " with capacity of 30 beds and simultaneously we inaugurate the Restaurant "Marianthi" in which we allocate products of meat of our own production.
 In 1992 the family creates in Moires a meat laboratory and produces "Local Sausage of Crete" which is sold exclusively in our Butchery in Moires.
From 1993, as we wanted to make more popular the taste of Cretan Meat to the foreigner visitors of the Island, we developed a Network distribution of our products in collaboration with SELECTIVELY Restaurants and Hotels of South Crete which select the one way road of ALIMENTARY QUALITY for their customers.
Until today the only thing that has not changed is that our business is in the control of her founders and continues to search new ways guarantee of quality of Products and Services that she provides in her Greek and Foreigner customers
Travel to Matala Crete, Greece
There are many scheduled and chartered flights to the Heraklion Crete airport. If you tell us ahead of time when you will arrive, we can arrange to have a friendly taxi driver wait at the airport for you with a sign with your name on it. He can then drive you to our apartments (the fare is around 55 euros).
You can also choose to hire / rent a car of your choice, waiting for you at the airport, where you will be met by a helpful representative who will settle the formalities quickly and take you to your car.
